RODA Polishing G Mops recommended use with:

These mops are effective on all types of metal as well as plastics.

• Ideal for use on Bench grinder/polisher, Flexible shaft machine or Hand drill/grinder. – You can see our full range of machines here.
• Use with a taper cone or pigtail.
• Use with a either a cutting or polishing compound depending on your desired result. – View all our available compounds.
• For a little more cut we would recommend a Dry Sisal mop with cutting compound.
• Move on to the WDR Loosefold Mop for the final finish.

What Size Polishing Mop should I use:

3″ and 4″ Polishing mops – Use in an angle grinder with a tapered mandrel to hold it. They can also be used on a bench polisher for slower speed polishing

6″ and 8″ Polishing Mops – These are most popular mops. Use with a 6″ bench polisher or an 8″ polisher.

10″ and 12″ Polishing Mops – These larger mops are excellent when you are working on larger surface areas. A heavy duty machine would be required we sell Cannings machines and also a 1.5 HP polisher.
