Magnetic finishing is a fast, highly controlled surface finishing process used to deburr, polish and brighten intricate metal components. A powerful rotating magnetic field drives stainless steel pin media to reach internal bores, cross-holes, threads and complex geometries that conventional vibratory or manual finishing cannot access.

At Moleroda, magnetic finishing is delivered through our MagForce system: the MagForce 650 Magnetic Finisher, a starter kit, stainless steel magnetic pins and magnetic finishing compounds, engineered to work together. It is ideal for small, high-precision parts where surface quality, repeatability and dimensional accuracy are critical.

Key Benefits of Magnetic Finishing

Precision Deburring

Removes light burrs, sharp edges and machining residue without rounding features or affecting tight tolerances.

Uniform Polishing & Brightening

Produces a consistent, high-lustre finish on stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and non-ferrous alloys.

High Efficiency, Minimal Labour

Process many parts at once with short cycle times, in as little as 5–15 minutes, reducing manual finishing and rework.

Clean & Environmentally Responsible

Uses water-based compounds and durable stainless steel pins for a safe, low-waste finishing process.
