Medium sized radial discs bridge the gap between jewellery work and industrial finishing. These are widely used in engineering, fabrication and maintenance environments, such as automotive and aerospace industries, where a combination of material removal and surface refinement is required.

Compared to traditional abrasive wheels or flap discs, radial bristle discs offer a more controlled cut with reduced risk of gouging, making them particularly useful on softer metals and complex geometries.

Tool Compatibility

Our medium radial discs come in several specialized formats enabling you to select the right disc for your drill, die grinder, small bench polisher etc.

  • Individual Discs: Standard unmounted discs are suited for mounting directly onto 6mm mandrels or onto a pigtail/taper via an adaptor.

  • E-Z Loc system allows for rapid tool changes with the appropriate mandrel.

  • Pre-Assembled Wheels: Our 3-ply & 6-Ply TC Finishing Wheels come with a flange and adapter, ready to mount directly onto your machine for immediate, heavy-duty use.

Multi-ply configurations provide increased durability and tool life.
