MouldMaster mould tool polishing stones are a hard, fast cutting abrasive stone which is commonly used in the mould tool and die making industry.
This stone is a tough stone with minimum bonding material. Permits fast cutting, breaks down slowly and evenly. Use on all hardened steels. Superb performance on EDM surfaces. All stones are prices as 6″ long except all 5/32″ sq. and 1/8″ sq. stones which are 4″ long.
These polishing stones are excellent for rapid removal of metal and work very well of EDM or spark eroded surfaces.
Congress mould master stones are perfect for use on hardened Steels or hard tool steel.
This is a very popular stone as are EDM stones . EDM stones offer a lot more choice in terms of size and grit.
You can use these stones with lapping fluid.
If you want to polish after you could use a felt bob and compound.
