Suitable for all flat lapping by hand or by machine. Suitable for high precision parts, namely metals specifically, due to being highly graded.
High quality diamond in suspension.
Water 40-70 % by weight
Dipropylene glycol 20-50% by weight.
The spray that we supply contains a high diamond content compared with most competitive products in the market.
Use with a spray bottle (not provided) – some machines have a dosing system, in which case, this is not necessary.
Ensure the spray is mixed correctly, to begin with, by shaking before use.
Moleroda can also supply Diamond Compound in paste form which can be lubricated with Lapping Fluid. We provide the compound in medium and high concentration. If you need the High concentrations, you will need to contact us.
