RODA Bore Replacement Mandrels are reusable long-reach holders for the RODA Bore abrasive nylon hole-deburring system.
Use this page if you already work with RODA Bore and need a spare mandrel, replacement mandrel or different reach length. The mandrel holds compatible RODA Bore abrasive nylon refill discs using a bolt fixing that can be loosened with a suitable hex key when discs need to be changed.

RODA Bore Mandrel Options – Discs Not Included
This product includes one reusable RODA Bore long-reach mandrel in your selected length. Abrasive nylon refill discs are not included.
160mm Mandrel
Choose the 160mm mandrel where you need extended reach but prefer a shorter overall tool length for machine clearance, access or control.
200mm Mandrel
Choose the 200mm mandrel where additional length is needed to reach deeper internal features.
Check machine clearance, workholding and process stability before use.
6mm Shank
Requires a suitable 6mm chuck, collet or approved machine-holding arrangement.
Confirm machine compatibility before use.
Bolt Fixing
Designed to hold compatible RODA Bore abrasive nylon refill discs using a bolt fixing that can be loosened with a suitable hex key.
Discs Sold Separately
Order RODA Bore Refill Discs separately if you need abrasive nylon consumables, or choose a Complete Set if you need the mandrel and starter discs together.
Designed for use with RODA Bore abrasive nylon refill discs. Compatibility with non-RODA Bore consumables must be confirmed before use.
Important:
Mandrel length is not always the same as usable working reach.
Usable reach depends on chuck or collet engagement, machine setup, tool overhang, workholding and safe operating conditions.
