RODA Large Abrasive Nylon Buffing Balls & Refills
RODA Large Abrasive Nylon Buffing Balls sit between our compact RODA NyWheels & Small Buffing Balls and our broader industrial RODA NyMops. They are designed for larger curved, concave and shaped surfaces where a small NyWheel may not provide enough coverage, but a full NyMop may be too broad or flat for the geometry of the part.
Manufactured by Moleroda in our UK factory, these large non-woven abrasive nylon buffing balls are used for deburring, cleaning, blending, satin finishing and surface preparation on larger internal forms, bores, castings, mould tools, curved components and workshop parts.
The rounded multi-lap construction provides abrasive material over the mandrel, helping protect the workpiece from accidental spindle contact while giving a cushioned abrasive face for larger curved or internal surfaces.

The same RODA abrasive nylon grade system is used across multiple RODA product formats, but not every product format is available in every grade.

Recommended Maximum RPM
For best performance, tool life and operator safety, do not exceed the recommended maximum speed for the selected diameter. Use light pressure and allow the abrasive nylon to do the work.
