Advice and Recommendations:
We suggest using Quick Zip strips with a file.
- We supply Quick Zip Files on a 3mm shank. Strips can be applied to one or both sides
- The files can either be used by hand or with a reciprocating tool, such as a Reciprocating Hand Filing Machine or Air Driven Lapper. – You can view our full range of machines here
- All tools vary, therefore we recommend checking which spindle your particular tool takes
- The higher the grade of abrasive you use, the smoother the finish will be

Tips:
To prepare a surface for the final polish with Felt/Mops and compound you should work through the grades starting at the most coarse (60g) up to the finest (2500g)
