Easy Spot Welder is Joke’s new compact Mould tool repair welding System. This is a very powerful TIG welder which is capable of Micro Welding with results similar to laser welding on Steel Moulds. New really specialised — low cost — controllable steel welding unit. Giving excellent results on all low and high alloy steels.

Very fine current control ranging from 5A to a powerful 165A. Using the pulse foot switch very short contact time 40 – 400ms can be achieved and allows really fine welding on all edges. This is achieved without causing stress on the metal substrate and results in no shrinkage and a very clean weld with no air pockets forming. It gives laser like results on all tool steels for a fraction of the cost

This highly compact and handy TIG welding device displays the following outstanding characteristics: The extremely stable and concentrated electric arc with optimised ignition behaviour is particularly well-suited for demanding repair weldings on low and high-alloy steels.  Very fine current regulation ranging from a material-friendly 5 A to a powerful 165 A, also adjustable using the optional foot remote control.

The connectible T-pulse function allows extremely fine applications. Individual electric arc pulses are triggered in this case using a foot switch. Owing to the short contact time of 40 – 400 ms, the workpiece is subject to hardly any stress and weld penetrations are avoided to a great extent. The welding parameters are clearly arranged and easy to adjust.
