Rosler Tumble Belt Batch Machine
What is a tumble belt batch machine?
A Tumble Belt Shot Blaster is a type of blasting machine used in surface preparation and finishing applications. It consists of a conveyor belt that moves the workpieces through a blast chamber while they are bombarded with high-velocity abrasive particles propelled by a centrifugal blasting wheel.
The workpieces are loaded onto the conveyor belt, which then moves them through the blast chamber, where they are subjected to the abrasive particles. The particles impact and abrade the surface of the workpieces, removing any contaminants, rust, or scale, and creating a textured surface.
The Tumble Belt Shot Blaster is commonly used for cleaning, descaling, deburring, and surface preparation of small to medium-sized workpieces made of metal, plastic, or composite materials. It is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, and foundry industries, as well as in machine shops and metal fabrication facilities.
