Jewellery Flick Wheels Minimat for Pendant Motors and Micromotor systems. Sometimes called Pendant Frosting wheels 

The minimat consists of a core/hub, mandrel and steel wires. You can purchase each of these items separately and make the wheels up easily.

Available in 3 Grades:

Red 0.3mm Medium

Yellow 0.45mm Coarse

Green 0.6mm V.Coarse

We also supply a larger version for use with a polishing motor.

For Engineers

Generally speaking these wheels are aren’t commonly used for engineering. However they will work on non jewellery metals for imparting a matt texture almost like shot blasting. they would be really good for decorative parts, models, sculptures etc. Would work on soft metals such as aluminium, pewter, brass, copper – note that some metals will be more effective than others.

Pendant frosting wheels For Jewellers

Ideal for metal, in particular Gold and Silver.

Used to give metal an even satin finish that has a nice depth therefore it wears a little less quickly than abrasive nylon satin finishes. The finish is a little more similar in fact to sand blasting.

The 2.35mm mandrel suits jewellers pendant motors/Dremel/Micromotors with a 2.35mm (3/32) collet or chuck.
