Air Driven ‘Diprofil’ Machine – FPL/R, Mark II
This air driven ‘diprofil’ machine is an automatic filling system with adjustable stroke length. Use with an airline for easy filing work. Mainly used in engineering filing precision parts such as mould tools. Creating a polishing surface on a flat metal surface.

- Speed (maximum): 8.000 strokes/min.
- Speed (recommended): 5.000 – 6.000 strokes/min
- Stroke length: 0 – 6 mm.
- Stroke length (recommended): 0.5 – 3 mm.
- Tool holder: Ø 6.4 mm. (suitable for tool shanks Ø 2 – Ø 6.4 mm)
- Weight of inserted tool: Maximum: 26 g. Recommended: 1-15 g.
- Applied feed force: 2-12 N (Depending on inserted tool type and dimension.)
- Noise level: Not exceeding 70 dB(A) at 7.000 strokes/min. According to ISO 15744.
All ‘Diprofil’ filing machines are supplied in a strong plastic case (231 x 163 x 68 mm) including hexagonal wrench for setting stroke, machine holder FNA-31 and oil bottle for lubrication for reciprocating parts. All machines are available, at extra cost, with an ergonomic rubber cover for increased working comfort.
The machine for flexible shaft drive requires an extension sleeve (FMK-1) to enable the use of the rubber cover FMM-9.
