Building a Precision Welding Workstation
For fine repair welding, the welder is only part of the set-up. A suitable torch and foot control give you control of the arc, a stereomicroscope and cold light let you see welds a fraction of a millimetre across, and the right filler wire determines how the repair machines and polishes afterwards.

Which torch do I need?
Use the Series 9 small hand torch for fine work down to 0.2mm filler wire, the Series 26 large hand torch for heavier welding, or the Series 9 machine torch for fixed set-ups.
Will these torches fit my ENESKA impulse 230?
The ENESKA impulse 230 hand torch connections are compatible with MultiSpot and Easy Spot torches. Contact Moleroda to confirm the right torch for your set-up.
What does the pulse foot switch do?
It triggers individual weld pulses on the Easy Spot and MultiSpot 3, giving very short contact times for fine welding with little heat input.
Can the filler wires be used for TIG and laser welding?
Yes. Wires are available as TIG rods and as straightened laser wire rods in 500mm lengths, or on a reel, in alloys for tool and mould repair.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Torch spare parts such as ceramic gas nozzles, caps and clamping parts, and replacement microscope filter cassettes, are available on request.
