Trough Vibrators – The Process
You can find this type of machine in applications where the biggest Rotary vibrator, because of the size of the parts, might still be too small. Straight tubs or troughs are very suitable for large and sensitive parts which if necessary, can be treated in separate compartments without the risk of part on part impingement. In this unique range you will find different models with sizes from 178mm x 533mm up to 1,499mm x 3,988mm.
Economy Trough Vibrators – Type TE
TE series economy straight tubs are also suitable for ball burnishing and pressure deburring. The volume of the processing bowl ranges from 13 litres to 1280 litres. There will be a size that meets your requirements. Bowl width up to 1500mm. Drive system TE in “Standard” design with 1500 rpm or “Super-Speed” design with 3000 rpm. E-type trough vibrators are driven by a vibratory motor mounted directly to the bottom of the processing bowl. This drive concept allows for a compact, space saving design.
Trough Vibrators – Type TS
TS series tub vibrators, with processing bowl widths up to 1,100 mm and lengths up to 3,000 mm. The volume of the processing bowl ranges from 32 litres to 1535 litres. There will be a size that meets your requirements. Bowl width up to 1100mm
Drive system TS in “Standard” design with 1500 rpm or “Super-Speed” design with 3000 rpm. TS series vibrators are driven by two imbalance units mounted to the side walls of the processing bowl. Drive motor and imbalance unit are connected with a special, vibration absorbing coupling. This design creates an optimal and homogeneous rotation in the entire processing bowl.
Long Trough Vibrators – Type TU
TU series tub vibrators, with processing bowl widths up to 4000 mm and lengths up to 60,000 mm. The volume of the processing bowl ranges from 282 litres to 6650 litres. There will be a size that meets your requirements. Bowl width up to 1500mm. Drive system TU in “Standard” design with 1500 rpm or “Super-Speed” design with 3000 rpm.
The TU drive is designed to ensure optimum smooth operation throughout the length of the work bowl. A single vibration isolated drive motor transmits its rotary movement to a series of imbalance units which are evenly spaced along the entire processing bowl length
Trough Vibrator Noise Absorption
For efficient noise suppression we produce according to your requirements, noise absorbing covers or complete noise absorbing cabinets, which can be pivoted for loading or, in case of large troughs, can even be walked on.
Trough Vibrator Divider Plates
For sensitive components, which are not allowed to contact each other during processing, the trough vibrators can be equipped with divider plates. Because the dividers are easily movable the processing bowl can be divided to the size of the components.
