RODA Bore – The abrasive nylon hole deburring tool engineered for fast, consistent, and non-destructive internal hole deburring across a wide range of industrial applications. Designed for use in precision machining, aerospace, automotive, and medical component manufacturing, this tool removes sharp edges and micro-burrs from cross-drilled holes, tubing, ports, and cavities – without altering tolerances.
Much like the world famous RODA NyWheel the RODA Bore is a nylon brush for precision finishing, surface preparation and deburring. This flexible nylon deburring tool now provides reach and flexibility which makes it ideal for automated CNC applications as well as manual finishing. Reach depths between 160mm to 200mm depending on mandrel choice.

Constructed from high-quality industrial abrasive nylon discs, this tool provides a gentle yet effective finishing action that conforms to complex geometries.
No longer do you need to roll up pieces of abrasive and shove them down the bore. This internal hole deburring wheel will not only speed up your process to make it so much more efficient, but will make the operators job easier as well.
Simply remove the hex bolt with an allen key to easily swap and replace the abrasive nylon discs, changing sizes and abrasive grades to suit your needs. This unique feature makes the RODA Bore an extremely cost-effective hole deburring tool – all you need is a mandrel and our refill packs.
Compatible with standard drills, hand tools, CNC machines and more… (6mm chuck required) this tool is a staple for professionals and hobbyists alike.
