The AV 25 machines are small so are limited to small components which would fit. Or smaller batched of parts such as washers etc. This bench top machine is only 5 litres and would be suitable for jewellers, sub-contract precision engineers, cnc machine shops, 3D prototype parts, hobbyists, polishing, knife finishing, laser cut parts, There are many applications. This machine is the cheapest of the range but it is the least powerful – even if your components fit in this machine the process times in the larger bowls would be considerably shorter. The processes times in these smaller bowls can be lengthy in comparison to the larger systems and Rosler’s rotary vibro range.
