Our reusable screw-top mandrels are engineered for precision work across polishing, deburring, and abrasive finishing tasks. Designed to securely hold screw-on abrasive and polishing consumables, these mandrels deliver superior stability and minimal vibration—even at high rotary tool speeds.

Manufactured to a professional standard, each mandrel features:

• Strong steel construction for long life and repeat use

• Threaded screw-top design for quick and secure consumable changes

• Accurate concentricity, ensuring smooth, controlled finishing

• Compatibility with common rotary tools, including micromotors, flex shafts, air tools, and hobby rotary tools (tool dependent on shank size)

• MM503 (3mm shank) – ideal for die-grinders, micromotors, and flexible shaft machines.

• MM503 (2.35mm / 3/32″ shank) – suitable for jewellers’ micromotors and hobby tools

• MM304 (3mm shank) – alternative 3mm option depending on head size or project needs
