This Vibratory finishing bowl is the largest of the AV “bench top” style range. They are an excellent rumbler / vibro machine for smaller sub-contract CNC precision machine shop, where projects and parts are constantly changing and quantities are not always in large number hundreds rather than tens of thousands. This machine is also very popular for small companies making low volume of their own products where time of each employees is very valuable so a saving on hand deburring time is critical. Jewellery industry also commonly use this type of rumbler / tumbler equipment – this size would be ideal for larger items – bangles etc.
This smaller size of vibratory machine is also popular for larger engineering companies as the machines can easily be positioned on the shop floor – with in the process cell so batches can be finished as soon as they come off the machine allowing slicker processes through-out the factory.
