3M deburring wheel 120grit is truly such a smooth material to work with as it will blend and smooth. It’s a fabulous product to work with, with no resistance and very little power required to get the effect desired. Absolutely ideal for blending and polishing and stock removal. Suitable for a range of industries from Aerospace to Renewable Energy and best used for intricate stock removal, deburring or polishing on ferrous and non ferrous metals.
The deburring wheel can be used in a range of industries for a range of uses – this is due to the fact that they cut and blend metal material but leave a much smoother finish than other grinding points. Cool running, fast cutting, smoother chatter-free operation and non-loading on brass, aluminium and are also excellent on stainless steel and Titanium. They allow more control when blending, using a carbide burr too much material can easily be removed, MX allows removal of material without changing part geometry.
