Uses of FC115

Use with vibro media – plastic or ceramic for improving the life of your media and increasing surface finish on rumbled parts. This compound has added corrosion protection so metal parts will be protected in a wet vibro environment. Used in many industries for vibratory finishing application.

What to use it in?

Liquid cleaning and anti-rust compound is for use in Vibratory Tumbler, Rumbler or even Barrel polishing machines for mass finishing all metal and even some plastic parts. Use at 1% to 2% mixed with water. Do not over do as otherwise too much froth will be formed reducing the action of the vibro unit.

What is it?

This liquid compound is ideal for corrosion protection for all rust sensitive ferrous metals.

What metals can I use it on?

This is perfect for iron and steel but can also be used for stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium and zinc.

What will it do?

This is specially for grinding, deburring and rediussing applications and is particular suitable for corrosion protection. It also contains cleaning properties so it is ideal for keeping media clean and also flushing away the metal fines or burrs when rumbling.

How long does it last?

This must be mixed with water normally at about 2% concentration.

How do I get the best results?

Non or too little compound you will find black dirt stuck onto your metal parts and the compound you are using will stop working. Too much cleaning and polishing compound and you will have a bubble explosion! This will also cushion the rumbling or tumbling process and it will be less effective.
